Versa not staying connected to Bluetooth Or WiFi

I’ve read all the other posts about this and none of them work. I got my Versa on 06/18 and spent about 5 hrs trying to connect. It did stay connected for about 45 mins then it started acting up again. I have done everything in all the posts.  I have an IPhone 7 with iOS 11.4.

I just bought my Versa last night and spent 3 hours dealing with the same issues.  I talked with the Chat Specialists for about 2 hours and they couldn't resolve the issue either.  I have NO IDEA how this will resolve. My only thought is that I need a newer phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy S3.  I may get the S7 and see if that supports the Wifi connectivity problem

I have had my Versa for almost two months.  I'm fairly knowledgeable about networking, wifi, bluetooth, etc., but this is one of the most frustrating pieces of "technology" I've ever tried to work with.  I purchased it specifically for the capability of being able to download and play music. When it works, it is really nice not to have carry a phone with me, but it rarely works -- very difficult to connect to wifi in order to download music and rarely stays connected.  The information on the phone about wifi status (whether it's connected or not) is inaccurate. The apps requiring wifi connection are truly horrible (Personal Music, Weather).  Overall, a very disappointing experience if you purchase it for the wifi capabilities.  My friend keeps telling me to wait and all these things will be fixed via firmware updates.  I certainly hope so because I don't have hours to spend trying to get this thing to do what it is supposed to do.  Ugh.  Incredibly frustrating.
