Versa not switching on and not connecting

My Versa, which is a year and a half old, got discharged and turned off. After I charged it, it didn't sync with my phone and a different time and date was there. I'm using a OnePlus 7 Pro Android 10 version. So I tried all kinds of methods, all kinds of resets soft and hard, but it now doesn't turn on. It is stuck on the fitbit logo and asking me to download the app. I tried everything. Uninstalled the app, turned the bluetooth on and off, restarted my phone, tried setting it up on a different phone but none of the mobile is able to find the device. it's just so frustrating. I contacted Fitbit Support on twitter. All they gave me was a case ID 37974646. I was planning to get my father a fitbit but now having serious doubts about that. Is there any other solution that I might have missed? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
