Versa not switching on

Today my Versa 2 had run out of battery. I plugged it in to charge, and it will now not switch on. 
The charger is not broken. 
I have noticed that there is condensation behind the sensors on the back of the watch, and it will still not switch on

Hi @Sfletch, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa 2 won't turn on, even though you have put it on the charger.

 

I would like to know if your Versa 2 vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Hi,
I have tried all the the troubleshooting solutions which are not working.
The watch does not vibrate when plugged in to the cradle, and the Fitbit sign does not appear even after being plugged in for hours.
