My Versa hasn't synched in a few weeks since updating. Also it keeps saying low battery in app when its fully charged. I tried turning Bluetooth on and off. I also have an android phone. LG. Last fitbit update installed was April 23

Is the device you are trying to sync to a supported device?

You can find a list of compatible devices here and here.

@Yepcpt Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not syncing and the battery shows as low. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

In addition to the information that shared @SunsetRunner and your phone is compatible, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your tracker internally. After this, try syncing your Fitbit watch again and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy

As you can see from the official response below despite website claiming compatibility android 9 has issues they cant fix.

Hi Paul,

It's my pleasure assisting you over the phone regarding your Versa that is intermittently syncing.

As promised, we have updated your case so that the Versa specialist would know the current status of your Versa when it comes to syncing.

However, upon their further investigation, they were able to find out that the cause of the intermittent syncing of your Versa is due to on-going issue with Android 9.0 which can't be fixed even with a replacement watch.

Furthermore, it won't be necessary for you to do the troubleshooting steps anymore to get your watch working normally since it is related to the Android software itself and are now working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.

We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.

Please let us know if there's anything we can do to assist you in the meantime.

Sincerely,

Raphael B. and the Fitbit Team
