Versa not syncing 250 step per hour with app

Hi, I’ve got 8/11 hour on my Fitbit but on the app says only 2/11, I’ve deleted and reinstalled app, deleted and reconnected Fitbit and refreshed sync but it won’t sync properly and now I’ve lost 6 hours.. what can I do?

Try restarting your Versa several times. Im not sure if that will bring back the lost hours, but should make sure it doesnt happen again.
