Versa not syncing activity or recording heart rate

Two problems, not sure if they are related. The versa records my active minutes but turns to zero minutes when I sync. In addition, it no longer detects HR. I tried the HR solutions and nothing happened. Reluctant to disconnect and reconnect device. When I did that with my Charge 2, I never got the app to recognize the device again. About to switch to a different brand.

Have you checked the settings on your tracker to make sure that the heart rate is turned on @Claire3333?

Tried a restart of the Versa or a complete shutdown? 

As for the Active minutes, I've seen reports of this and a search may help. What type of device are you syncing through. Have you checked the proper board to see if this has been reported? 

 

When it comes to issues, especially issues with syncing, telling Fitbit that I'm not going to use this tracker anymore will be the best way to add a lot more problems to your current issues. And rarely will do any good.
