I would just be happy if it would sync with the app and not tell me device not found and if the battery would last longer than 24 hours.

@Moveoc19 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your Versa not syncing nor holding its charge. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? You can try the following:
For the battery try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. You can also find additional suggestions here.
I also moved your post to its own thread as it wasn't related to the topic on the previous one.

My Versa is brand new and it’s not syncing regularly as it should. A tad frustrating especially when you are engaged in challenges and your FitBit shows one set of numbers and the App challenge show another
