My Versa has a certain number of steps but when I sync the number of steps in the app is wrong, by over two hundred steps right now. I was having a problem with steps correctly showing on challenges so I did all the trouble shooting steps recommended on other threads and factory reset my Versa as a last resort and I lost over 3,000 synced steps. Now I'm having this issue, I have forced quit the app, turned on and off Bluetooth, reset the Versa, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and used a different phone to sync. All these issues started after the firmware update. Please help.
Phones: Samsung S9+ and LG V20
