Up until Tuesday my versa was syncing everything correctly but after losing full charge in 24 hrs and being switched off for a few days (as my charger was at home) it now wont sync properly.
I've tried all the trouble shooting like restart, disconnect blue tooth, remove and re add and nothing is working. Can you offer some help ASAP please.

I can safely say that if data doesn't sync, the heart rate will not either.
Without knowing the phone type that is giving you issues, have you looked at the help doc?

Thanks. I've tried all of those things including a factory reset but nothing is working unfortunately.
I'll phone fitbit tomorrow and see if they can sort it.
