Versa not syncing, factory reset and now wont connect

My fitbit versa wouldn't sync so I factory reset and removed it from my account. I tried to add it as a new device and I enter the code it gives me then I get a message on my phone saying that it isn't working. I've restarted my phone, disconnected all other bluetooth devices, turned bluetooth off and back on, restarted the versa, and made sure I'm not on our 5ghz wifi. Still nothing. I noticed that if I exited the app and opened it back up it had the versa added, but the versa itself is still on the initial screen saying to download the fitbit app to set up. I deleted the device from the app again, and still no luck. I deleted my account and started a completely new account and it is doing the exact same thing. Says it won't connect then it has the versa added to my account, but if I try to update the firmware or click on anything it says it needs to be added 🤦🏼‍:female_sign:

It should not matter what way the phone is connected to the Internet @Sireenuh 

The factory reset removed the tracker from your account. 

Invites barely removing a tracker from the Fitbit account will not fix a sync error. It will however add more problems. 

 

Let's go through the sync help tips . And once we get the sync issue fixed we should be able to setup.
