Versa not syncing or/and not regonising activities

My versa connects to my Iphone sX fine, but none of my activities including steps, sleep, heart rate or active minutes are registering on my phone. They are showing on the watch on the day of but nothing on the app. 

I've so far lost a week of progress due to this. 

I've disconnected the watch from Bluetooth, turned it off and on, deleted and reinstalled the app, connected to wifi and all the recommended steps

I have not been able to get my Versa to sync to my phone in a week or so.  I have not found any solutions for that.  However, if I plug my power cord into my laptop & log into the fitbit website, I can get it to sync.  Still hoping for an answer to why it won't sync to my phone, but at least this way, I can get the info to upload.

Apparently according to my app, I havent done any steps or slept in a week, and when it does sync, it erases a few hours later so I understand your frustrations
