I bought my versa Nov/Dec 2018. Worked ok.
Soon after there was an "upgrade", and my phone wasn't syncing properly, I wasn't getting notifications; there was very little I could do but tell time. I did contact Customer Service, they told me about the upgrade and they were aware of the issue. They tried to see if they could Kickstart my phone, but basically told me to wait, and maybe there would be another upgrade soon because of this issue, and it would be fixed. Here we are, a year later, and the same inconsistencies exist. I'm thinking about switching to another smartwatch, but FITBIT is suppose to be the best! What can I do???

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa stopped syncing and receiving notifications. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I would like to follow up and would like you to follow the steps listed in this help article in order check out for a new firmware update. After updating your watch, monitor it and see if the issue gets fixed.
