Versa not syncing steps to challenges for last 6 months

So, I have been using Fitbit Vesa [piece of crap] for the last 9ish months and having all sort of issues with this gadget. For the first couple of months, I had issues where it will not sync my steps 90% of the times. This issue tho was fixed by a firmware update from Fitbit. Now for the last six months, I have been consistent on losing weekly challenges, again thanks to my crappy watch

1. It will randomly sync my steps to the challenges and whenever it does, it won't synchronize steps correctly.

2. For the last couple of months, instead of running outside, I have started to run on a treadmill to check it's accuracy and it's been horrible. When treadmill claims that I have run 7 miles, Versa will claim that it's close to 5 miles. 

Is anyone else having a same or similar issue(s)?  If so, can you guys please help me with a solution apart from going back to my apple watch. It's battery sucks but it does count steps far more accurately.

I am also having syncing issues starting today.  My dashboard is updating fine but my steps are not syncing in my challenges

Yeah I’m having same problem. I’ve removed apps and everything. Set up verse again. Etc. still won’t load steps in challenges. I hope they fix this soon. Started about a day ago.
