After I went to bed last night I realized my fitbit stopped syncing! This morning I tried everything to get it to resync to the app by restarting my phone, bluetooth and even removing the device from my fitbit app. Now I can't get it to reconnect! It says its connected to bluetooth but won't connect to the app.
Any help? Advice would be great!

@Morganoyster Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Which phone do you have? Is it compatible to sync? I would start by going to the bluetooth settings area on your phone and remove all devices listed there (not only the Versa but all devices). After this restart your phone again and your Versa by doing the following:
1.- Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2.- Let go of the buttons.
3.- If your Fitbit watch doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.
After this retry setting up your Versa again and sync it.
