Versa not syncing to Honor 20 Lite

I posted yesterday about my phone honor 20lite not being on the compatible list yet and got the reply that p20lite is in fact compatible. Heads up fitbit honor 20lite and p20 lite are not the same phone.

Hello there @NeighA, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the late response and for the misunderstanding. 

Currently your Honor 20 Lite isn't yet a compatible device  as our team is working to optimize the Fitbit app and ensure its functionality with this model. You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

There is a possibility that your Versa can sync and while there isn't a guarantee that it'll always work, we can try to troubleshoot this situation together. If you've not done so, please remove your Versa from the Bluetooth settings, turn off other Bluetooth connections that aren't in use and set up your Versa as a new device and set up the notifications again.

For me this temporary fix app worked.

The temporary fix is for free. When you want a permanent fix you have to buy the app apperently but it worked for the Honor 20 Lite.

At least It got connected for the first time setup

Do we have an expected day of compatibility with honor 20 lite? Its a pity we cant use properly the fitbit versa.

 I am very disappointed
