Since Google have purchased Fitbit my versa has got worse. It won't synch, it won't talk to my phone MotoG5 or my Tablet Samsung s5e, I am on the verge of binning it and buying another brand tracker. Sorry about the rant but I have tried every fix available and nothing works.

While your devices are not supported devices for the Fitbit app at this moment, it doesn't mean that your watch won't work with the app entirely, but rather that some of its functions might work intermittently.
