Hi,
I purchased versa in first week of november it got all completely set up once sync and everything was done. After one day versa got dead due to battery issue from that time it is not syncing to my iphone 6s ios 11.2.5 I have tried multiple things like setting up device again many times creating new fitbit account, restarting phone, restarting versa etc but nothing happened. I am very disappointed with product. Could you please help.

@Dayasanti Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry to hear that your Versa isn't syncing with your iPhone. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device.
