Versa not syncing to my iPhone

I’ve had my Versa for less than a month. It has trouble syncing to my iPhone. I’m getting  frustrated! I’ve had to reinstall it numerous  Times to get it to sync to my iPhone. Is there a solution?

@APO- Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not syncing to your iPhone. I'd like you to try restarting your tracker as described in this help article. This will refresh your tracker internally. After this, try syncing your Versa manually again and see if it transfers your data as it should.
