Versa not syncing to my phone

I have a samsung galaxy S9, my fitbit will occasionally sync to it, will be good for a few hours then it won't sync again. It just gives me the "restart bluetooth" notification on the app. I have restarted bluetooth, shut both my phone and fitbit versa off then back on. I talked to a few representatives about the issue and tried every solution they could give me to try and the issue still isnt fixed. The last representative I talked to, finally told me that it was a issue with the software in my device. Its irritating, especially since I had a a fitbit blaze and had no problems with it up until the battery went bad. I'm very upset about this issue, since I spent so much money on something that doesn't work like its suppose to.
