It'll sync once after I delete everything and do a factory reset, and then nothing...
Phone: Galaxy Note 9.
Prior to 2.77, this worked.
EDIT: Fixed by removing all bluetooth devices and from my device, removing my trackers from my Fitbit, clearing cache, deleting data, reinstalling fitbit, and then reconnecting Versa first, then reconnecting the rest of my devices.
When installing Versa, it warns you to disconnect bluetooth devices. Updating to 2.77 apparently muddled things up with my existing bluetooth devices. Everything works fine, now.
But really, this is a VERSA issue that needs to be addressed. It doesn't play well with other devices unless it's setup without them connected.
Best AnswerI find that the real problem is that the app loses connection with versa and when this happens I have no choice but to delete the app and reinstall it. At first I had to do this daily but tth e last install is still working after 3 days so hoping they fixed something.
Best AnswerI need the connected GPS for my runs so this really ruined my morning. I really like Fitbit but lately it just feels like there doesn't seem to be much interest in fixing these problems with the Versa.
Best AnswerRemoving the tracker from the Fitbit acciuac will not solve a sync issue, and should not be tried untill the other 20 steps have been .
Usually removing the tracker simply adds problems, since the cause if the sync has not been found.
