Versa not syncing with Samsung S20 FE

My versa used to sync all the time with my versa, but since the update, it won't sync at all, only about 1% of the time while charging. I don't get how it can just change, I've reset it, uninstalled it, reset Bluetooth. So annoying. It worked and now it doesn't. Anyone else having the same issue? 

 

The response I got from fitbit was 

 

"We know you're wondering because your Samsung Galaxy S20 FE works before. Your mobile device does meet the requirements needed to install and have the Fitbit sync to the device. Since the mentioned model is not yet tested nor listed on our compatible list, minor complications such as intermittent syncing or other issues may occur. But you know what, our team is working to have this device or the new release devices be compatible. However, we are unable to provide a specific time-frame for when it will be supported."

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation before posting over here, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

 

Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
