Versa not syncing with android samsung phone

Versa is not syncing since 5 Jan. I've tried multiple times . Its very strange . It shows the current days steps and calories on the app but not the sleep hours or pattern. Then next day it wont even show the last days steps  but only the current days steps.  For hours it keeps bettering and saying "syncing " but no result. Pls help

Try clearing the phones cache. You may need to do a search with your phone model.
