Versa not syncing with my phone

I have tried all of the suggestions. My fir bit stop syncing today. I have restarted everything. I have even un paired it to my phone and uninstalled the app. Now it wont reset up. HELP!

Please let me know what is your phone model. Also, let me know if you get any error message when your tracker tries to sync your data.
