Hello everyone,
I recently brought the Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus and my Versa does not sync with the Fitbit app on the phone. I have tried doing everything, restarting the bluetooth on my phone, restarting the Versa, reinstalling the Fitbit app, but nothing seems to be working.
However, the Versa syncs with my mother's old Ipad. Could someone please help me.
Thank you. Have a great day.

@SunsetRunner First, make sure the bluetooth on your mom's ipad is off so it doesn't interfere with your phone bt connectivity. Now, try this:
The trick here is to not pair in phone Bluetooth settings but rather let the Fitbit mobile app do that.
Additional tips if sync issues persist: If you have Wifi set up, go to Fitbit mobile app and remove it, then sync your Versa. I noticed that it causes issues for me. If you have other Bluetooth devices paired with your phone, forget them. One of them might be causing issues. Also, make sure Always Connected and All day sync are enabled.

Thanks for the help.
The funny thing is that the moment your message came my versa synced with the phone.

It stopped working again. When I try to sync the versa it says "tracker not found".

@SunsetRunner I have Pixel 3 and I started having exactly the same issues after the recent fitbit mobile update. I rolled back to version 2.87 as this one seems to work well for me. You can try this, but first perhaps attempt this:
Also, make sure All-day sync and Always connected are enabled and that Fitbit app is not being optimized in Android Battery settings.
