Yesterday morning my Versa stopped giving me text message notifications ONLY and I am still getting all other notifications. I have an android (Samsung Galaxy 9+).
I've tried EVERYTHING listed, I think. Turning phone off/on. Bluetooth off/on. Disabling/enabling notifications.
Suggestions?

Looks like it's happened to few others too. Still waiting for the magic solution. I don't get why all the other notifications are working perfectly, except for the text messages. Makes no sense. Hope they fix it soon.

Thank you so much! I talked with tech support and they say it is a "known issue" but don't have any further information to offer other than they are working on it.
It is extremely frustrating. Text notifications are the highest priority to me.
I'll check out your post, I searched a bit but didn't see anything else similar. Thanks!!

Update: Someone posted on another thread that uninstalling and reinstalling the app worked. I just did it and it worked today and it didn't yesterday!!

do you have to be close to your phone to get text notifications? I was hoping to walk around my building at work without my phone and still get text notifications, but that doesn't seem to work.
