Versa not syncing

I turn my phone off at night, every morning my Versa can’t be found. Have to install it then re install it.  Any ideas?

If you are having issues with your Versa syncing in the morning, I recommend taking a look at the Why won't my Fitbit device sync? help article and follow the instructions provide there. Maybe it needs some time to connect with your phone after you turn it on.
