Hey Fitbit peeps
had my versa approx 6 months now
having some issues with the green lights not flashing and not displaying my HR on screen, have soft reset and factory reset to no avail
also it won’t connect through the Bluetooth after the factory reset
any help would be great thanks

@Rosco87 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's track your heart rate and won't connect with your phone's Bluetooth. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it.
After this, make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, log out of the app, restart your phone, turn off and on the Bluetooth, open the app, log in and see if your Versa connects with your phone and syncs.
