Hi
As my blaze was not charging, i bought new versa. The versa seems to be tracking activity differently to the blaze. e.g I do pretty much the same activity every Tuesday and its counting 600 calories less than the blaze, it doesn't seem to be tracking heart rate and wasn't automatically tracking sleep. Any suggestions?
Thanks
Beth

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Suggy24.
I am sorry to hear about your Fitbit Blaze (Have you tried these steps to resolve the issue?). Congratulations on your new Versa! I understand your concern with the number of calories your Versa tracks compared to your Fitbit Blaze. The algorithms used in both devices are the same, so you should see no more than a standard 4% variation between the two. It's possible to get different readings if the devices are worn in different locations (dominant vs non-dominant wrist). For more information about accuracy of Fitbit devices, please see this help article: How accurate are Fitbit devices?
Since the sleep tracking depends on the heart rate tracking, I recommend trying the following troubleshooting tips if you don't see the heart rate on your device: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? If the issue persists, please let me know if you don't see your heart rate on your watch or on the app?
You can find more information about tracking sleep here.
Please keep me posted!

Hi,
Thanks for your response,i will take a look at my Blaze now.
I have checked the auto tacking of heart rate and sleep on my versa and both are on and not currently tracking.
I completely understand that the blaze and versa would track calories within a tolerance of one another and different wrist positioning makes a difference. I do similar activities ever week and the versa is tracking way off but it seems to catch up by the end of the day. For example yesterday I went to the gym in the morning, usual work day and then i taught two classes in the evening. When i got home at 8pm my versa screen said 1190 calories. I had dinner and a shower and this morning when I looked at my phone it had counted 2258. Which is probably the correct amount when i look back on previous but it doesnt seem to be live tracking on the watch? Its really strange?
Any ideas?

Thank you for your reply @Suggy24.
I appreciate your efforts and the additional details. The calorie burn estimate that Fitbit provides takes into account your BMR (basal metabolic rate), the activity recorded by your device, and any activities you log manually. I recommend trying to sync your device more often. You can manually sync you device by following the steps here. Please monitor your device and see if the issue persists.
Regarding the heart rate and sleep tracking, please let me know what you see on your device for the heart rate and if the green LEDs are flashing?
I'll be around.

Hi Lilyia
Thanks for responding. Heart rate shows resting at 59 but nothing else.
The devise is syncing - but something is not correct. I took a phot of my watch at 10.45 last night and I was tracking at 1359 calories. I sat down and then went to bed and this morning I’m logged at 2438 calories for yesterday. Which is probably about right but doesn’t correspond to the watch?
Green LED is not flashing on the reverse but it has been
thanks
