Versa not tracking Heart Rate, Exercise, or Sleep in Dashboard

Hello, 

Two days ago my Versa stopped tracking my Heart Rate (still shows up on watch, but no tracking), any exercise (will not show up at all), or my sleep. My device is not even a week old. 

 

I have tried:
uninstalling/reinstalling app

restarting my fitbit

powering off my fitbit

toggling buttons, making sure heart rate is "on" 

manually entering (this does not yield any results)

I keep my device clean, and when it's not in use it's kept in a cool and dry place. 

 

I'm hoping FitBit will respond. Again, this device is a week old. I was not expecting to have these issues.
