My Versa is the only fitbit tracker I have had problems with sleep tracker feature. The Versa will randomly puck a segment of time and record about an hour maybe 2 of sleep. On rare occasions, more. This was not happening wirh the others i have owned including the last 2, Charge HR, or Charge 3. I have done a factory reboot already. I love all the other features on this tracker. Please help!

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing yur experience with us. I would also like to thank you for letting us know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.
Please note that the Fitbit app currently has in-app insight notifications that provide an explanation for why you aren't receiving Sleep Stages on any given night. This is meant to provide insight into what might be occurring to cause this.The error messages are the following:
When you tap on Learn more, you will be able to get more information about why your tracker didn't record sleep stages. Additionally, I'd like to suggest the following:
