Versa not tracking active minutes

My brand new versa tracked active minutes in day one and day two, but has stopped tracking the active minutes. It’s not even a week old

Try restarting it a couple of times and see if that fixes it. Let us know how you go

My versa is doing the same thing only two weeks old pay a lot of money for nothing have logged out rebooted phone and more

My Fitbit Verus was not tracking my “minutes” and “steps per hour”! I pressed the left button and the lower right button on my watch and it started working again!

Try checking to make sure your height and weight is correct in your fitbit phone app. I had the same problem and checked mine and my weight was set to 10lbs ...don't know why but when I changed it to the correct weight my min started working
