Hi all I have been using Fitbit versa for an year but recently I have noticed that suddenly my device stopped showing active mins even I am walking for an hours it still shows zero. I restarted my Fitbit device and also restarted my phone but still it's not working can someone help me out

Hi, again my device stopped showing active mins. Yesterday I went out for a walk for almost an hour but still not reflecting zero . I restarted my devices but of no use ... Not sure what's wrong can u please help me

I generally have 5000 steps for 2 miles approx. Today it showed 5061 steps, 42 minutes but only 1.36 miles. Needing answers to this problem as well. It was tracking everything just fine until today. Thanks for any help.

Hi again my active minutes stopped working. Went out for walk for an hour but still active minutes shows as zero. I restarted my phone and Fitbit versa many times but still its of no use... Pls suggest
