I've had my Versa since April with few issues until this morning when it stopped tracking and showing notifications. The green HR light/sensor flashes intermittently when I take it off my wrist but then stops altogether after a minute or so. My Versa is at 97% and syncing properly with the app, just not tracking. I've read about a bazillion posts and tried all the troubleshooting recommendations including:
Changing position on wrist
Turning HR settings on/off
Restarting
Factory reset
Removing versa from acct
Adding versa as new device
Removing and reinstalling app
NOTHING has worked and I am VERY frustrated!!! Please help me fix this😁
