Just got a replacement Versa and still not recording km when cycling. GPS on and set always connected set. Start riding once connected records time but not distance 0km yesterday for 30+ km ride. My old Blaze tracked distance. So frustrated...any tips would be greatly appreciated.

@AlvaroFitbit This 'error' should not exist. This is poor planning by the app developers. Basic keep fit activity - that FitBit cannot put the miles ridden to your dashboard.
'We are investigating' just does not cut it anymore.
FitBit - you are losing your leading edge on the market.
I'm right on fence 20 Sept Apple watch 5 release date & all that is holding me back is the 18 hour battery life as opposed to the 2 - 3 days (depending on activities) of the Versa.
Seeing all teh negative posts about Versa 2, the glitches with the latest update to the app?
FitBit you seriously need to be sorting your backyard out & PDQ.
