I have noticed my Fitbit Versa Lite is not tracking distance correctly. It is .2-.5 less every time. Is there a way to correct the problem? I noticed a lot of posts about this but none really seem to have an answer.

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa Lite since it's not tracking the distance traveled accurately.

 

Please restart your Versa Lite as described in this help article. Also, I'd like to share this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device calculates your distance traveled. Finally, monitor your watch for the next 48 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
