Hi y'all,
I got a FitBit Versa for Christmas, and I thought that it was pretty neat.
A month or two into it, it would no longer show sleep, weight, calorie intake, cardio fitness, and a few other features. In short, it's acting like I haven't synced in the past 24 hours, only displaying core info, immediate heart rate, and hourly steps.
However, in the Windows 10 FitBit app, it displays everything that should be there.
Thanks,
Michael

Hi, are you using a Third Party Clock Face? If yes, change it to one developed by Fitbit itself and restart your Versa. Some of these TPCF's get outdated, removed by the developer of by Fitbit, cleaning the gallery.

To clarify, Versa was not displaying some of my stats in the FitBit Today app. I doubt that the clock face would hinder the use of Today.
Does "reset" mean shutdown and turn on again, or factory reset?
Shutting Versa down and turning it on again did not help.

It says restart so not a Factory Reset. Try the restart procedure 4-6 times in a row and see if that solves your problem.

Where does one find the reset? I only see shut down or factory reset? Mine has been doing the same thing on and off, and my heart rate always says 120 now when working out. 😩

Restart is what I meant.

Choose shutdown. You can also manually restart your Versa by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. Repeat that at least 4 times in a row.

After switching my clock face to Stats by Fitbit, the missing features came back. Weird.
Thanks!
