As example I went to sleep around 10:00pm, sleep log says I started sleep at 1:15am.  This happens probably 70% of time.  I have read every post related to sleep and know all the suggested things,  my charge hr and charge2 tracked perfectly but versa not doing the job correctly at all and sleep monitoring is reason i like Fitbit...well up until my new versa, very tempted to return and put back on the trusty, reliable, accurate charge2

I tightened the band and it recorded sleep perfect last night!  Tighter than I wore the charge2 so will take some getting used to but I think my issue might be resolved

I had same issue with the first 3 days of use.  Talked to customer service today, and they had me set sleep sensitivity to light, and make sure the strap is tight.  The heart rate monitor is what looks at sleep.  We'll see if it works tonight!

I thought I read that the Versa doesn’t have sleep sensitivity settings?
