Versa not tracking floors accurately.

I walk the exact same route everyday. Some days it gives me credit for several floors and the next day maybe only 1 or 2. I’m confused as to why. There are a lot of hills in my route.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I have moved your post from the iOS board to the Versa/Versa Lite board as this situation is more related to the watch and not to the app. 

 

At this moment, I would like to suggest you to restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, then wear it as you normally do and check if your floors are getting counted correctly.

That didn't help! Noticed same problem with my Sync 2. Both were inaccurate all the time.
