Versa not tracking floors and active minutes

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

1. My versa is not recording floors.

I am aware it counts a floor as going up not down. I have been up and down the steps all day and I have 1 floor.

2. I have done training workouts from the watch and it doesn't show them as active minutes. It is not calculating any active minutes for me at all for that matter.

I have turned the watch off and on again.

I have factory reset the watch. This helped none. At first it was just floors now it is floor and active minutes. I upgraded from a charge 2. This watch is so unreliable compaored to the charge 2. I'm so upset at how much money I paid for this to have problem after problem.

I decided to remove the floors and the active minutes all together because
they stayed at zero. I have noticed now that I have added the active
minutes back it is working.
