Versa not tracking heart rate accurately.

Don't bother buying a Versa if you haven't yet.  I've had mine for less than a year and the heart rate isn't working even close to properly.  I tried to get a replacement and they told me that it was a "known issue"
so the warranty doesn't apply.  For $200, I expect it to work longer than 9 months.

I've tried resetting it multiple times and nothing works.  The active minutes tracking doesn't work either.  All it does at this point is tell time and count steps.  I expect much more out of it.  I've only had it 9 months.

My Versa is doing the same thing. I've had it for 10 months and the heart rate is not accurate.

It's completely useless for working out.  I don't know whether to go buy a different product or hope that they are going to fix it soon!

I have the same issue and have been told the same thing. "Just wait for the update. It will fix the HR monitor." I've been waiting since October! How can they announce a new Versa Lite while the original Versa is still broken? I am very disappointed. I've owned five Fitbit devices since 2015. If they don't fix or replace my Versa, I will not be buying another. I'm done!

Nope I did not get a solution. The versa heart rate isn’t working and customer service won’t replace it even though it’s under warranty
