Hi there,
I went for a leisurely stroll up to pick the kids up from school. 17min round trip on a flat suburban footpath with 2 kids, nothing remotely close to hard work. I get home, to find that my Versa logged it, even though I didn't set it to. Then I checked the log in my App - apparently I got my HR up to 173bpm! My HR Max is 178 & I have worked in the Fitness Industry for 17 years, so I know what 173bpm feels like & my normal daily stroll up to pick the kids up was not a "workout" that gets me up to 173bpm.
This is making me question the accuracy of all my previous readings of my workouts.
Any insights into the possibility of my Versa being possessed or something?
I have only had it for 5 days & I am really enjoying it, but now I am doubting its accuracy.
Help please.
Thank you.

@moon32 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it tracked high heart rate data when you went for a leisurely stroll up, which is not a hard work activity.
I'd like you to restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. After this, please check out and follow the steps listed in this help page, which explain how you can improve the accuracy of your hear-rate readings. Please monitor your Versa's behavior during the next 48 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome!
