I have read serval post and tried all the fixes to correct the heart rate monitor problem with no success. Has this problem been resolved? It is the only fix getting a new Versa? Is the Versa defective?

Regarding the heart rate accuracy that your Fitbit Versa was experiencing, I appreciate the time spent trying the recommended troubleshooting steps.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided.
