Versa not tracking heart rate and sleep properly

Ever since the last update, my Versa is double counting my heart rate, not analyzing my sleep and is super sensitive with any movement, sucking my battery down to nothing in a few hours and then not responding when I hit the side button? What the heck!! Any ideas?? Very frustrating!
