Versa not tracking heart rate and sleep

Anyone having issues with their Versa Fitbit this week? I realized today mine hasn’t tracked my heart rate in 6 days... which doesn’t track sleep either. Is there a bug in the update?? I uninstalled it and restarted several times and it’s still not working right.
