Is there a virus going on in Fitbit Versa? For the last few days, we've experienced problems. it doesn't register HR or sleep. Thanks.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I'm sorry to know that you're experiencing some difficulties with your Fitbit Versa. In regards the sleep tracking issue, can you please clarify if your device is not tracking sleep information at all or Sleep Stages? If it's not tracking Sleep Stages, let me share with you that the reason why it's because in order for your Versa to track your sleep in such way, it needs to gather heart rate data. That said and because your Fitbit is not tracking such information, I recommend you to check the information that's specified on our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and try the troubleshooting steps to fix the heart rate sensors of your Fitbit device.
