Versa not tracking heart rate and steps

For the past 2 weeks my Fitbit versa isn't tracking heart beat now it's not tracking steps I've done all updates factory reset..is this telling me I've wasted my money I've only had it for 1 year.

Hi @Kerryaa42, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the heart rate and steps tracking issues that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know how the factory reset was performed. In the meantime, try a regular restart. To do so on your device, follow the steps listed in this help article. After this, follow the troubleshooting steps included in this help page and see if the heart rate and steps tracking issues get fixed.
