My versa isn't showing heart rate and it won't sync to my Samsung phone. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To fix the heart rate issue you're experiencing, please check: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and let me know if this issue persists. For the syncing difficulties, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
