Versa not tracking heart rate during cardio workouts

During my cardio workouts the versa randomly stops checking. Making minutes reported not correct. How can I fix that?

To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your device are still flashing? This only occurs during your cardio workouts or randomly during the day? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
