Versa not tracking heart rate during certain exercises

My heart rate doesn't read properly when I'm doing Weight lifting or Workout mode.

Hi @Padang666, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.

 

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it doesn't track your heart rate properly during your workouts.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. Also, I'd like to share this help page which explains how to track your workouts with your Fitbit device and how to view the different stats during the workouts.

 

Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Hello again, So I've already turned it off and on a million times since
I've had it. Read through all of the trouble shooting a million times
before your response. I did the power off and on once again. I already know
how to turn on the exercise apps to track my exercises which is why I
contacted you....... Like I said it does ok with Walking and running but
the heart rate does not track accurately at all when I turn on the
"Workout" or "Weightlifting" apps..... For example I finished off my
running and srair climber then proceeded to switch to "Workout" mode...
After doing 50 crunches and 50 Push-ups and 20 pulls ups... The fit bit
showed a heart rate of 55 bpm.... Which is almost ten less than my resting
heart rate.... It's VERY frustrating and even more Frustrating that there
has been no solution on how to fix it other than telling me the obvious.
Please give me something useful to fix this problem.

I'm experiencing the same problem. Versa 2 on workout mode, it doesn't track my heart rate. Watch is only 4 months old and this is now a persistent problem. Pretty much useless. Did you get your problem resolved?

Nope, just generic email from fitbit saying the same **ahem** the troubleshooting did...took them three months to respond and nothing after it
