I have had my Versa for 6 months. Suddenly on Tuesday it is no longer tracking my heart rate, the green light is not even on. Also it has stopped tracking my sleep. It still tracks my steps and syncs with my phone. Very frustrating that these are so expensive but not lasting. Cant get anyone on live chat or through the service number right now. Can I return this? Also I live in maine and there is an implied warranty here.

I had been studying these posts for the past week because my heart rate, this also my sleep info, hasn't worked. I tried restarting my Fitbit versa multiple times. I was just reviewing how to save my data to completely wipe my fitbit. In doing so I became curious and deciding to check out the settings on my watch. Well, apparently I inadvertently turned OFF the heart rate setting. I didn't even realize there was a setting for this. Since this was not in any of the many things I read, I thought someone else may benefit from my ignorance. I admit I didn't read up on how to use my Fitbit when I got it. Hopefully this wl help someone else and save them a lot of time and trouble.

This has happened to me aswelll! I troubleshot it. And nothing worked. Restarted it. Factory reset it. Absolutely nothing works.

I'm having exactly the same issue. I've done everything you so helpfully suggested and it's still not working! I only purchased my Versa less than 12 months ago here in the UK, extremely frustrated and unimpressed!
It is now essentially useless!!!

I had the same problem. I started following your instructions and when I went to settings to toggle the HR off and on, I found that it was turned off. So I turned it on. The HR works now, and I will see if it fixed my sleep tracking in the morning. Thank you for your help.

I did the factory reset 1x fixed thanks pal, thought I was going to have to buy a new one. 🙂

I did the factory reset on my versa 3 and it will still not track HR and sleep.
